Merry Mall Day

Well, we tried (thanks Julie) to find something super fun and festive for tomorrows playgroup but it failed so next best thing...

Lets meet at the Arrowhead Mall play area at 9:30 (to maybe beat some holiday shoppers) after maybe you could get some shopping done for Christmas, double whammy.

We will continue to try to find something festive to do next Wednesday!

Friendship Park

Lets change up the Parks and go to the Friendship Park. I think there are 4 parks at that facility lets meet at the furthest west park. I know it's chilly but it may just be the last time we can be outside before it will become just too darn cold, so bundle up!!!!

Hello Playgroup friends...

I just wanted to wish you all a very wonderful and yummy Thanksgiving weekend. I hope you all enjoy time, food, friendship, and family!!! We will postpone playgroup this week so that we can get ready for all the festivities and will pick it up next Wednesday!!!

Halloween Fun!

We will be decorating cupcakes at the Overton home this Wednesday, 10/26 at 10:00. There will be plenty of cupcakes. We will have some frosting, sprinkles and candy corn. If you would like to bring a topping (sprinkles, candies, etc.) for the cupcakes, please do. Hope to see you all!

We will be taking a trip to Anthem Outlets to see Mother Goose. Thats Wed Sept. 28th you can carpool with someone else or just meet us up there at 10am.

For those that havent been here is a discribiton of Kids Play at Anthem...

A free and interactive program for toddlers to preschool-age kids and their parents. The program will be held from 10-11 a.m. every Wednesday in a new location, Suite 835 on the south side of the mall down the aisle from The Children’s Place. Weekly activities include singing and dancing with a Mother Goose costumed character as well as a special snack.

Its about a 45 min drive so I like to shop, eat, and let the kids play at the splash pad/playground after Mother Goose.

Postponed?

I know that everyone has been busy with summer activities and getting ready for school. For the past month not one other mama has made it to play group. My girls have been asking where the other kids are. Please do let me know when you are ready to get back to play group. I am happy to keep planning, even if it's just me and one other mama. Swimming!

Cabela's!

Let's go hang out at Cabela's in Glendale this week. My girls love seeing all of the animals and the HUGE aquarium. We'll meet at 10:00a.m., 7/20 just outside the entrance. Please let me (Bethany) know if you plan to come so we can watch for you. Hope to see you all!

Mall Day

Because my kiddos never tire of playing in water, let's meet at the Westgate Splash Pad at 10:00, Wednesday 7/6. Don't forget your towel, sunblock and water bottle. Please spread the word.

Summer Fun...

Hello Everyone,

I know that the summer will be hard to get us all together due to vacations and other summer events but for all those that can attend we will still be trying meet up. Tomorrow for those that can make it lets meet at the Goodyear Splash Park at 9:30(I know it will be hot so bring your kids towels, water, and sunscreen!)

Do Over

We had lots of fun last week so I thought that we could do it again. It should be a nice day again so bring a blanket, lunch, and your kids to the Camelback Ranch Park (close to our home) @ 11:30 or anytime after that.

Just a warning beware of flying sand:( Darn parks with all the sand but no worries a good bath will cure any sand issues.

Mall Day

Book Worms

Because the Artic Blizzard is headed our way we are going to stay indoors tomorrow;) The Civic Center Library offers a kids story time at 10:30 am. It last for about 45mins with a story and a craft. It should be lots of fun!!!

Might be sick??

Hey ladies, sorry but I'm going to have to cancel play group at my house today because Tennille just woke up with a stomach ache/throwing up. She doesn't have a fever so I'm not sure if It's the flu, or possible food poisoning because we went out to eat for dinner. Anyway, we don't want to take the chance incase it's the flu.

We'll sure miss playing with everyone tomorrow. :(
